Absolutely fabulous unit with brand new features. Completely remodeled and awaiting your arrival! Incredible views from a very private Full-Width balcony, with Elevated Patio Table and (4) Captain Chairs, accessible from Master Bedroom & Living Room, DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! This is an over-sized 1,300 sq. ft. MIDDLE UNIT, offset towards the beach (20' closer to beach than either end unit).  You have an unobstructed view to the East AND West! You cannot see your neighbors and they cannot see you! ONLY three (3) condos per floor, which offers a more secluded environment than most condo complexes. Large Laundry Room just off the Kitchen, and a spacious preparation area that overlooks the Living Room. Lots of bright colors and crisp, clean accents throughout the condo! King-size bed in Master Bedroom, large WALK-IN closet, (2) twin beds in the guest bedroom with cheery and bright colors the kids will love. And a sleeper sofa in the Living Room! There is great deep-sea fishing, a wide variety of restaurants, and wonderful family activities. Destin Towers is located directly across the street from The Big Kahuna Amusement park and is for all ages!

My parents just came back from Greg's condo in Destin. They loved it. They go to Destin 4 times a year, and by far this is their favorite condo. They have booked for next October. My husband and I booked this for them knowing they would love it. Greg is wonderful to deal with. Condo is great! Thanks Greg!

We loved our stay at this condo during Spring Break 09! Is was spacious, decorated fabulously and very comfortable.The view from our balcony was beautiful - possibly the best we've ever had when vacationing. We would definitely rent from the Wolfs again and very much appreciate their hospitality. Greg was wonderful to work with!

This was my second stay at your wonderful condo and my husband's first. Even though I had told him all about it and showed him the pictures online, he said that it surpassed his expectations. There is no better view anywhere in Destin and I have stayed previously at two other places. The accommodations are very pleasant and we spent countless hours on the balcony just staring at the gorgeous water. What a way to relax!

Greg is a real pleasure to deal with and so very professional with all of the T's crossed and I's dotted.

We hope to make this an annual trip!

Working with Greg was effortless - not only was he helpful in explaining all about the condo, it's amenities, beach access, but also about Destin and the area (we had never been before).

The view of the Gulf was breath-taking - and fantastic - whether morning or night you could see it go on forever it seemed.
Greg sent us directions, instructions, info. all before we arrived ... made it simple for us. Just what we needed a stress free vacation!
Everything that we needed was in the condo! Beach chair/umbrella rental available daily - it was great.
Unfortunately, but greatly appreciated - I can attest that the ER is wonderful also - our son had a severe allergic reaction (to picking up sea shells on the beach) on a Sunday morning - the Sheriff's office was helpful in getting me directions, offering EMS to be disbatched - but I declined - had Epipen if needed - got right into ER - and staff was terrific. Hope you don't need though :)

Thank you so much Greg and Family!! Your condo is so Beautiful and relaxing! Everything we wanted..the pictures are great but when you walk in it is like...WOW!! The kids had a blast and loved their rooms. It was plenty big for our family and the view is Amazing! I loved it being so open and colorful. We had a great time and plan to return next year...Thank you for everything. The Yates Family
