This beautiful Rustic Cabin sits on two and one-quarter, pristine acres with 240 feet of waterfront. This is one of the most-sought-after views on Lake Jackson, is now available for vacation rentals. The recently refurbished Lake House will accommodate up to thirteen guests. It was built in 1946 and refurbished in 2004. You are only seven miles from Jackson, Georgia were you can go bowling, rollerskating, antiquing, golfing, or just enjoy a nice dinner out. The cabin is beautifully appointed with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area has a huge granite fire place that creates great warmth in the winter. There is a 12 foot by 40 foot, Florida room porch with specially designed window's that slide open to make it a screened in porch overlooking the main body of the lake. Huge boathouse 32 by 36 with two slips that will accommodate up to a 28 foot boat with a lift that accommodates up to a 6000 lb boat.

Great for a group getaway

The place was incredible. We took our Class of '08 Youth Group for a late summer getaway and we couldn't believe how wonderful the place. This renovated cabin was the perfect place to play, relax, & just get away. Sleeping accomidations were excellent. The kitchen was just right for preparing meals and the screened in back porch made for a deliteful place to enjoy meals together with a beatuiful view of the lake. The yard was very spacious and gave plenty of room to play and be outside without the worry of disturbing a neighbor. The docks were perfect for gathering and the lake shore was clean and very nice for swimming. Would recommend to anyone.

Great place for family gatherings

Our family of 9 stayed here in October of 2007. We had a great time. The back porch was spacious with a TV for watching October football and a beautiful lake view. The lake was still warm enough to ski on without a wetsuit and all our kids had fun doing that. The water near the dock is shallow enough for smaller children to wade. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were nice. This is a very nice cabin and a perfect place to relax.
