Just a short walk to town and beach, this adorable, historic Victorian cottage has a lovely sweep of yard and gardens. Set on a large, private lot, there is a brick patio, hot outdoor shower and grill. The house is lovingly decorated with antiques and original art, and features skylights and a fireplace. The huge, fully equipped, modern gourmet kitchen has every appliance and gadget imaginable. A charming dining room features hand stencilling and antique china. Two full, new bathrooms, one with shower, one with clawfoot tub. Cable TV, DVD/VCR, phone and internet access are available as well as a washer/dryer.
