The decor is light, bright with a touch of Old Cape Cod charm. There is a loft with a queen pullout sofa bed. This home boasts both a sun-room, a screened in porch and upper and lower decks. Amenities include central a/c, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable plasma or LCD TV with VCR and DVD, enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, lower & upper decks and a screened in porch. It is a terrific area for a Cape Cod getaway. This property has a mandatory cleaning fee of $275. No Smoking/No Pets.
