This outstanding home is located in a quiet position of Rotondas Pine Valley overlooking a small lake. The villa is a 5 minute drive from local shops and supermarkets, 10-15 minutes from the unspoilt beaches of Englewood, Manasota Key and Boca Grande, 20 minutes from Port Charlotte, 40 minutes from Venice and 1 hour from Fort Myers and Sarasota. It is ideally situated for golf, tennis, go-carting, deep sea fishing, jet ski hire, boat hire and trips, bowling, cinemas, shopping malls, nature reserves etc. All are within a 5-20 minute drive.
