Exclusive 3 year old home in the Bear Trap Dunes golf community with breathtaking views of championship course. Home backs up to the 4th hole and features a view of a pond from beautiful front porch. There are two outdoor pools, one indoor, fitness center, basketball courts, tennis courts and playground within walking distance. A shuttle bus can transport you to and from the beach in season. A recreation fee is required and can be purchased in the fitness center upon your arrival. In addition to the golf course there is a restaurant (The Bistro). This property has all the amenities of home including a screen porch and open deck with gas grill. There are two master suites on the first floor. The second floor features two bedrooms with single beds and an adjoining bathroom. Other amenities included are gas fireplace, central air, a garage, 4 color TVs, 4 DVD players, 2 VCRs, CD/radio stereo, an upstairs den/playroom.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Recreation fee is separate and includes admission to fitness center, pools, beach shuttle, tennis.
  • Security deposit of 250.00 is due within 3 days of booking to guarantee reservation. Security deposit will be returned without interest after rental time if the unit is in the same condition as it was prior to renting. Half of the rent will be due within 2 weeks of booking and the balance will be due within 4 weeks of booking. This is subject to change depending upon circumstances and time frame. Any cancellation will be subject to a fee consisting of possible forfeiture of rent already paid and the ability to re-rent the unit.

Recreation Fee: Recreation fee varies per week of the year. It is payable at the fitness center upon arrival.

Attractions: There is tax-free outlet shopping available in Rehoboth about 10 miles away. A water park and large boardwalk are also located there. Many fine dining restaurants are in the area. In the town of Bethany there are several great restaurants. Outside of Bethany there is a great place called Blue Coast. The town of Ocean View also offers a nice selection. There are two shopping centers located about 1 mile from the house. They each contain a food market, some restaurants and there is a liquor store as well. There are some unique shops located in Ocean View. The surrounding areas include Ocean View, Bethany Beach, South Bethany. Not far away is Fenwick Island which offers a large park/beach and Ocean City, MD.

Perfect family vacation home!

The home was more than we expected. The home was stocked with anything you could possibly need for your home away from home. The owners were excellent to work with. We would absolutely stay in this home again and would certainly recommend it to anyone. Our kids (ages 2 and 4) loved the books, toys etc.... I loved the fact that it was less to pack and take along. We visited many wonderful restaurants in the immediate area. To name a few: Fat Tuna Grill, Magnolias, Cottage Cafe and Big Fish Grill (Rehoboth). The men in the family really enjoyed being able to use the golf course/driving range. The convenience of the beach shuttle was great! The 2 pools were beautiful and a great end to a day at the beach. The Bear Trap Dunes community was exactly what we were looking for in a family community. Everyone was very welcoming and inviting. The kids also loved the community playground which was within close walking distance to the house, even for small children.
