Get away from the hassle and stress of mainland vacations and spend your time on a beautiful island with the loons instead. Located just a short boat ride from the mainland -5 mins from Harilla Landing Marine or Trexler's Marine on Moultonboro Neck. A cozy and comfortable cottage on the quiet side of a 26 mile long lake that sleeps 6-8 people with updated kitchen and docking for a 23' boat and toys. With Southwest exposure you will be relaxing in the sun most of the day and then retire to the spacious waterfront gazebo and sip on a late afternoon drink and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Shallow water entry for swimming with the kids and no sudden drop off. End your day Kayaking around the island or just kick back and enjoy the feeling that only an island vacation can give you.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Reservations require an initial $500 deposit to confirm which is applied toward the reservation. Fifty percent of the remaining balance is due within 30 days of the initial reservation deposit of $500. Final payments are due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. An 8% New Hampshire meals tax is applied to the gross rental fee. A $500 Security Deposit is required at the time of reservation and is returned after inspection of property once vacated. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
