2 bedrooms - sleeps 6 bedroom 1 w/1 queen bedroom 2 w/2 doubles

Spacious (1500 sq. ft.) 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath luxury condo on the beach. Two levels, each with a private deck and ocean views. Secure building with elevator and covered parking.

First floor with fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with seating for four. Powder room and laundry adjacent to kitchen. Dining table with seating for six and ceiling fan. Living area with large sectional sofa, queen sized sofa bed, ceiling fan, cable TV(36 inch) with DVD player.

Second floor master bedroom with Jacuzzi tub, queen sized bed,large chair which converts to a single bed, dressing area with sink, and full bath with shower. Second bedroom with two double beds, walk-in closet, private bath with tub and shower. Both bedrooms have cable TV (19 inch), ceiling fans, and private access to the deck.

Smoking is not permitted in the building. Renters are not permitted to have pets.

Pillows, blankets, 6 beach tags, 6 pool tags, 2 parking passes provided.

Raman Beach Resort: The Raman has a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. It is a short walk through narrow dunes to a beautiful, uncrowded beach with lifeguards. Surf fishing and surfing are allowed on our beach.

Activities and Attractions: We are conveniently located within walking distance of a WAWA, CVS, grocery store, bike rental, restaurants, arcade, and churches. Brigantine is a quiet, family-oriented resort town only minutes from Atlantic City night life, restaurants, and casinos.

Atlantic City: Brigantine has its own cab company for moderately-priced rides to Atlantic City, should you choose not to drive your car. There also is bus service. In addition to casinos, Atlantic City has outlet shopping at The Walk adjacent to Caesars casino, and exclusive shops and restaurants on Caesars new Pier.

Great Location...Just as pictured...

Condo location is just as pictured, right on access to beach at end of street with shortest walk onto beach.Didnt even need cooler...Had 3 grandchildren easy to take back and forth as needed.Problem with a/c first day,owner took care of ASAP.Clean and spacious rooms.Comfortable beds,with exception of queen pull out couch.Short distance to casinos as well as 20 minute ride to Ocean City amusements/boardwalk.Everything is within walking distance.Friendly people.Owners returned deposit within 1 weeks time.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Though we were there a little early in the season, the town was very quiet. My college kids enjoy some quite time to relax from they normal activities. The condo was clean and spacious. All the appliances worked well but the AC was very loud and would drown out the TV in the living area. The vertical blinds failed to keep out the morning light which woke us all up earlier than we desired. The pool was clean and only open when the lifeguard was present.
There are several nice and casual resturants within walking distance but they are a bit expensive by Columbus standards.
We had a lovely stay and would consider going back. I just wish the partial ocena view had more ocean and less of the apartment next door.
There is a staircase to the bedrooms which would be a problem for people with physical issues.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Good Value In The Jersey Market

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. The unit is very comfortable and well equipped. The ocean view is partial and somewhat distant, but pleasant. The pool, hot tub and exercise room are nice, but are only open in season (closed 13 September). Access to the beach is fast and easy. The owners are easy to deal with and they returned our security deposit immediately.
Recommended for:  Age 55+
