Beach House condo on the beach , 3400 Gulf Blvd. **Click on beach scene to see interior. Gated condo complex. Tastefully rattan furnished condo with king bedroom, guest bedroom (w/2twin beds), queen sleeper sofa, 2 baths (l guest bath, 1 master bath and dressing room). Tile floors, carpeted bedrooms, dishwasher, 2 TVs, DVD/VCR. Fully furnished kitchen and linens. New kitchen and bath cabinets with silestone counter tops. New glass top stove and dishwasher. New paint throughout. Come visit my unit and see the beautiful sunrise over the Gulf, the beautiful beach and sand dunes from living area and master bedroom balcony (8x25). Also, see the postcard sunsets from the entrance balcony. Condo is on the fourth floor (elevator) . Washer/dryer on first floor next to elevator. The complex has two pools and a Jacuzzi. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Free shuttle transportation on the island. Sleeps six. No smoking, no pets. Come on down to our South Padre Island condo!

Condo is directly on the beach. See beautiful sunrises from the balcony off of the living area and master bedroom. Balcony is 8x35'. See sunsets over the bay from entrance balcony. South Padre Island is only 1/2 mile wide. So come on down.

From sunrise to sunset, the island is the perfect playground for everything from sailing, fishing, beach combing and dolphin watching to horseback riding on the beach, shopping, tennis and golf. Tee off at the new South Padre Island Golf Club, just minutes from the island. Observe wildlife in its natural state. See the wind- carved sand dunes, natural wildflowers, sea grasses and beaches are ideal for surf fishing and beach combing. Bird watching for more than 300 species - some seen nowhere else in the country. May is the prettiest month of the year. All the plants are in full bloom. Summer is fun for everyone. September is the most pleasant month of all, everything is so quiet and peaceful, still pleasantly warm. All year is good, but this is just my observation.
