' Rest Assured' is a luxury four bedroom beach home located in prestigious Cypress Dunes completed in the fall of 2006. It overlooks the Topsail State Park and the Gulf of Mexico. The view from the upstairs deck is nothing less than spectacular. This cottage has it all three large bedrooms and a bunk room with four bunks, gourmet kitchen open to the dining and living areas, large granite and glass bathrooms with walk in showers and a jetted tub in the master suite. Rest Assured was decorated by a local interior designer with no expense spared. This cottage has a warm beaches feeling in each room and is equipped with a large plasma TV over the fireplace and is the ideal spot for a perfect beach vacation. Cypress Dunes is landscaped in native Florida vegetation and surrounded by one of the most pristine state parks and beaches in the state of Florida. The cottage has free beach shuttle service is a two minute walk from the Clubhouse swimming pool ,fitness center and jacuzzi tub

How about a Golf vacation? : There are ten golf course within ten miles of Rest Assured. The nearest being Santa Rosa Beach and Golf Club a semi private club within a mile and one half of the cottage. This course is in beautiful condition year round and has reasonable rates and is a very challenging course not to long but quite narrow. It will challenge anyone's game!
