Quintessentially Florida...:
Experience Florida to the fullest. From here, you will have a perfect starting point for discovering and enjoying the REAL Florida, complete with Red sunsets, Cypress trees, and waving Spanish moss. On most days the prevailing westerly breeze off the lake and circulates through the lanai and pool area. With the coolness of the breeze and the waving moss high in the cypress trees, the effect can be quite tranquil.
After you're rested, feel free to fish off the dock or strike out with a fellow adventurer and canoe the lake. If you get up early enough you might be able to catch a glimpse of the otters that live nearby.
Things to do....:
Of course, there is the swimming pool and the lake. There is a public beach and playground that you can walk (or paddle) to with the little ones. Fishing off the dock at sunset is one of our favorite ways to spend the late afternoon. ...Could a day be any more relaxing? After you've released your last bass of the day and enjoyed another breathtaking sunset, take a dip in the hot tub or play gin rummy late into the night on the lanai -most likely, everyone will have plenty of stories to tell from the day's activities. Our hope is that those memories stick around for years to come....
What's in the Area? ...:
Golf, Beaches and Shopping are minutes away in any direction -So come out with your hands up, your surrounded!
The central location also makes many Florida Attractions reachable in less than a couple hours- no matter what direction the wind blows you....whether you are going south to Tarpon Springs, Clearwater Beach, Pass-a-Grille, or to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world on Caladesi Island.
Or to the north there is Weeki Wachi springs, Chassahowitzka, and Crystal River which offer hours of scenic boating and great fishing.
