The condominium is fully furnished from kitchen to bath. A phone with long distance and an ether-net computer line has been added for your use. There is expanded cable including HBO, Starz and Encore as well as XM Radio. There’s a 24 hour accessible fully equipped gym on the premise. Sit outside on your private balcony and watch the sun set. A large swimming pool is available during the summer months. Laundry facility located on the property. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. Walk in, drop your bags, and you're home. It's just a short walk to some of the best restaurants, shopping and entertainment in town. It’s a quick 4 blocks to the popular LODO district, which includes Coor's Field home of the Colorado Rockies, numerous eateries, shops and art galleries. 10 minute walk to the Pepsi Center

From the balcony you can see Invesco Field at Mile High stadium where the Denver Broncos play their games. Beyond the stadium, you can see the snow-capped peaks of the Colorado Rockies which display some of the most amazing sunsets you'll ever witness. Bring your camera. Walk to any downtown office or take the free mall shuttle, which is a block away. Getting around is easier than you think. Conventioneers, you only have to walk two blocks to the Colorado Convention Center. Theater patrons, the Denver Center for the Performing Arts complex is out your back door. If you are in the show or just here to see one you'll love the fact that it's only a block away. A Light Rail station is two blocks from your door right next to the Colorado Convention Center. Faster than driving during rush hour! Stops include DU, Colorado Boulevard and beyond the Tech Center. If you are working anywhere along South I-25 chances are there is a stop for you.

This condo was just perfect for our week in Denver. We walked everywhere--down town everynight--convention center for my conference--Pepsi Center to watch the Nuggets and Mile High to watch the Broncos. We worked out everyday in the gym. Sat on the patio at night and listened to the Denver buzz and enjoyed the view of the mountains. After staying in several big city condo's I can tell you Bruce is the easiest person I have dealt with. Thanks--we will be back!!

What a wonderful place! Two blocks from
Convention Center and Performing Arts, 1 block
from 16th St. Mall, and close to everything. Spotless
condo, lovingly decorated, soft towels, a bed we
had to be coaxed out of (so comfy), and 24 hour
front desk/security. Full kitchen with a nifty 7-11
out the back door or King Soopers at 14th/Speer.
Tons of restaurants at all price ranges. Things
couldn't have been better. Thanks!

We so enjoyed being in downtown Denver in this lovely condo. Bruce is easy to work with in getting accommodations and very helpful in orienting you before you arrive. We had a great dinner at Bistro Vendome in a courtyard off Larimer Square on our last night in Denver and it was fantastic. We will be back! Thank you, Bruce!

We spent a week in this Denver condo for a dose of culture: opera, symphony, theatre, museums. Since it's just a block from the Performing Arts Center, it was perfect! We parked our car for the week and enjoyed walking and using public transportation. The choice of restaurants in the area is phenomenal too.
