Well appointed vacation home set up by owners with children who like to entertain. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, plates, serving trays etc. A large 400 square foot wrap-around deck off the modern kitchen provides plenty of room to relax and entertain after a day at the beach or shopping in town. The main deck is connected to the Master Bedroom deck via a small interconnecting deck that has an enclosed outdoor shower - great for showering off from the beach. After dinner, treat the kids to s'mores over the outdoor fire pit.

A master bedroom and a second bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms and full bath on the second floor, makes this an ideal two family rental. Full basement has full size washer and gas dryer.
