Photos and Description of the Panama City Beach vacation condo rental

Our unit over looks the ninth hole of the nine hole par three golf course that surrounds the property. It is also the closest to the private walk-over to the beach. You can see the ocean from our unit and be standing on the beach in three minutes (walking). We have leased a double beach chair with large umbrella for our guest. Edgewater Beach Resort (EBR) is a 110 acre gated resort with 24 hour security on site. EBR offers free tram service to carry you to the beach, and all other resort features. EBR also has a fitness center and beach side restaurants. There are multiple heated pools (during winter) and two hot tubs. The main attraction is the large Lagoon Pool with tropical plants, with water falls, and pool side service for food and drinks. EBR also has a world class tennis complex, and a huge convention center. Walk across the street to large grocery store, theater, bowling, billiards, shopping, and restaurants. *This is strictly a No Smoking, No Pets Unit. No Exceptions.*
