Condo is located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, in a family friendly oceanfront complex on the popular Ocean Drive Blvd. It's just blocks away from restaurants, shopping centers, golf and beach attractions. Master suite has king bed and private balcony, 2nd bedroom has queen bed and 3rd has two sets of twin bunk beds. Condo has a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, desk area with wireless internet access throughout condo, 4 TVs, 3 dvd players and multiple family board games. Renters have full access to covered parking, 2 large pool areas with kiddie pools and hot tubs, and tennis courts. We are also located within walking distance to a fishing pier.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Payment policy: All reservations require a 50% deposit. Deposit may be made by money order, certified check, or credit card. All rental balances plus $200 security deposit are due 30 days prior to check-in. Security deposits will be refunded to renter within 10 days of check-out if there is no damage or loss of linen.
  • Cancellation policy: Reservation cancellations made 60 days prior to check-in date will have renter receiving a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than a 60 day notice, but more than 30 will result in the renter receiving a refund of 1/4 of original deposit. If you must cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival date, deposit will be forfeited.

I found this first floor condo to be ideal as it was close to the beach and also walking distance to the Main Street shops. The property was left clean and well maintained. I had very good communitaion with the owner and had information if I needed help or had questions . I would and will recommend this condo to my friends and plan to try and rent it again next year. With the 4 bunk beds it's ideal for familys with small childern. I enjoyed all the near-by dance clubs as well as all the good food in the area.
