We had a wonderful time during our stay in the
condo. It was incredibly spacious. I think it had
more square footage than our first house. It was
very comfortable and we really enjoyed it as a
retreat from our activity and the afternoon heat.

There was a lot of useful information in the condo.
We tried several of the restaurants on the list and
we were very pleased with them. We especially
liked La Choza and Taqueria El Pique, but Taqueria
Cozumel was good also. There was also a very
good street map in the condo, which we used to
navigate the area.

Access to the water was so easy. It was just down
the steps and into the pool or the sea. We found
the best shore snorkeling to be out in front of the
condo, for 50-100 yards up and down the
shoreline. We also heard from a person who lives
in Cozumel that the best snorkeling from shore was
right where the condo is located. We thought the
best snorkeling was in the late afternoon when the
sun was illuminating the little wall along the shore.

The location was great in other ways, too. It is
close to town and airport, but it is in the opposite
direction from the cruise ship piers so you don't get
swamped by tourist traffic off the ships. It was easy
to get a taxi when we wanted one (from the phone
numbers provided in the condo) but we rented a car
on our second day and used that for transportation
from that point on.

The views were beautiful as well. We had great
views of the sunset from the condo, and there were
views to downtown and the cruise ships. We will
definitely be getting back in touch when we have
another trip to Cozumel. Thanks for all the help
you gave us.

What a great view and great time. The location was close to town and the building itself is very quiet. I highly recommend the place. As a matter of fact, we are already returning again this year in December.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We recently spent a week in this beautiful condo with spectacular views and wish we were still there! Not only is the condo overly spacious and ideally located, you instantly feel at home just as soon as you step inside. We highly recommend Cozumel, and if you want to experience the island in style we couldn't suggest a better place to stay!

Million Dollar View of Ocean-Beautiful Condo

This condo home has a spectacular view of the beautiful ocean. 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms with great living and patio space. Salt Water pool is seldom used by the long term owners just outside the unit but we loved it.
It is close to the main downtown and restaurants. We rented a jeep for the week, diving and a sailing trip. The weather is always nice and to die for sunsets on your patio or down by the pool.
The neighbors are so friendly but it is a very quiet and relaxing place whether you want the romantic get away, family vacation or renting with another couple. Thanks for opening your home up for us.We used every inch of the space and the cable TV and local phone was nice when you just wanted to crash or make a local.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

My wife and I have just returned from a wonderful stay at this condo. It was beautiful. The first thing we noticed is how big and spacious the condo was. We also noticed the convinence of the layout including two bathrooms a full kitchen that has everything you need including a toaster, blender and microwave. We had stayed in Cozumel 7 times before and always at the very best resorts. While there we realized it was so much more relaxing to be in a condo rather than in a small resort room. You are not always looking for something to do to get out of your resort room. Just as the pictures depict, the views are stunning especially the sunsets. It was wonderful to listen to the ocean at night. It was so nice to just "feel at home." There is something indescribable about how much more relaxing the atmosphere of the condo is compared to a resort. There are other amenities including a phone, TV, and even the internet if you choose. The breeze that is almost always blowing in Cozumel brought in the sweet smell of ocean air. There is a hammock for relaxing in the afternoon sun. The condo is conveniently located just north of town. The owners were very receptive and helpful regarding all our questions. We will definitely be staying at this condo in the future. It was paradise!
