Very comfortable tri level home with a free flowing floor plan. Downstairs has two bedrooms/bathrooms with queen beds, each bedroom has sliding glass doors that lead to lower deck with views of golf course, Bodega Bay and Doran Beach. Living room and kitchen on main floor with ocean views. The living room has comfortable leather furniture and sofabed. Dining room table seats eight comfortably. Hot tub located off main floor on a separate private deck. Upper deck is just a few steps away with views of Tomales Bay and Point Reyes. Off the main floor and up a few steps is a large loft which has a queen sized platform bed with views of golf course and Bodega Bay. Beach is within walking distance. Enjoy watching wildlife and listening to the sounds of nature. Beautiful sandy beaches, great for walking, exploring and play.

Three decks : There are three decks for plenty of privacy. Lower bedrooms have sliding glass doors leading out to the lower deck. Deck has deck furniture and gas grill. Views of 7th tee, Bodega Bay and Doran Beach. Hot tub deck located on main level off living area. A few steps up is the third deck. This deck is great for morning sun and has views of Point Reyes to the South and Tomales Bay and surrounding hills. Listen to the sounds of fog horns, sea lions, quail and cows. Early birds can see the sunrise from this deck and living room.

Sunsets: Summer offers great sunsets from the kitchen, lower bedrooms, lower deck and the loft area.

TLC: We love our home and hope that you will too. The house is furnished with comfortable furniture and has a free flowing floor plan with a flair for fun. The dining room table seats eight comfortably. Beach is within walking distance. Enjoy watching the wildlife, White Egrets, California quail, jack rabbits and pastures complete with cows. If you look closely you might even see a bobcat. Listen to the sea lions and the wonderful sound of fog horns. There are two beaches in Bodega harbour. The closest one is one I call the hidden beach. This beach is more private and depending on the tides, you can walk to Doran beach through a cave or if the tide is really low you can walk around the rocks to Doran Beach. Great walking beach, if you like to walk you can walk all the way to Bodega Bay. Great beach for exploring and for tide pooling. The walk to the hidden beach is approximately 6 minutes down and 12 minutes back. Walking to Doran beach takes a little longer.

This property was well thought out right down to nice dishes and cook ware. Being on the north coast, the weather is cool and often windy. Ten miles into the interior and the temperatures are twenty degrees warmer. As you drive just a few miles north, hwy 1 becomes quit spectacular.

My family had a "girly" family reunion at this wonderful house. 4 generations from 70 years old to 5 months old. The house was all we could have wished for and more! The table was large enough for all to enjoy family meals and the sitting area lent itself well to lots of game playing. The wonderful private beach area was a close walk and the views from the house were incredible. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything we could have needed and then some. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning.

We loved this house! The neighborhood is quiet, the landscaping interesting, and the views are lovely. The back deck provides shelter from the sea breezes and the hot tub is located on a separate more private deck. The wood stove is easy to light and cheerful to watch. The nearby beach is long and great for walks. We certainly recommend a visit here.

My daughters and I just spent a really enjoyable weekend at Coast of Dreams. The house is very comfortable and easily accomodated all 5 of us. You need not take much there because "everything" is provided.

Our weekend's weather was very stormy but that only added to our enjoyment. It's a very cozy place to get "shelter from the storm" with a very efficient wood burning stove and a truly vast DVD collection. We cooked all of our meals in and everything we needed to do so was provided.

The setting is beautiful with views out of all windows of the sea, the rolling hills and the golf course.

You will not be disappointed.
