Enjoy a brisk or leisurely walk along the conservation trail at the beach, taking in serene salt marsh views to the background crescendo of waves crashing against the shore just over the dunes. Quiet and peaceful retreat you'll never want to leave.

Chatham is a picturesque seaside village with an abundance of fine restaurants and charming shops. Each Friday night the Chatham band performs an open-air free concert in the town park to the delight of a large audience. The Chatham A’s baseball team plays Cape League teams 2-3 evenings a week; their field is located in the center of town and the team, comprised of promising college players, conducts workshops for kids. A yoga class is offered at Lighthouse Beach each morning facing the ocean. The cottage is located within 1.5 miles of a supermarket, video store, movie theatre, and bike trail. Schoolhouse Pond is a favorite among the kids for freshwater swimming. Chatham is centrally located to the mid and lower Cape. Cape Cod National Seashore, Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, Cape Cod Museum of Fine Arts, Nickerson State Park, Provincetown, Hyannis, ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard all within 45 minutes.

Very nice, great location

We rented this cute little cottage and were not let down. The beach is right down the road and downtown Chatham is just minutes away. The property is clean, well-maintained, and in a quite neighborhood. Route 6 is close by so it's easy to get around. Overall, our experience was great and we would recommend this cottage to any couple that are looking to be close to everything the Cape has to offer but be in a quite area.

The description of the cottage heading says "Charming One Bedroom Cottage" and charming it is. Very clean, comfortable cottage. Open and Sunny. Very quaint. Close to everything. Loved the bike trail and beaches. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
