The living room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Bay. Relax on the two new couches and enjoy the beautiful view or the new entertainment center and . The dining room is adjacent to the living room and has a large dining table with seating for eight.
The kitchen has upgraded appliances including side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, glass top electric range, corian counter tops, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a separate dining area in the kitchen with table and chairs for four and spectacular views of the area and the Gulf.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, large dresser, wall mounted 42 plasma TV, mirrored closet and bathroom with walk in shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds, dresser, large closet, a 42 inch wall mounted plasma TV and full bath. Each bedroom and connecting bathroom can be closed off from the rest of the Condo for maximum privacy.
The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. The entryway, living room, dining room, and kitchen have travertine tile flooring. The screened in balcony has a tile floor, a dining table and seating for six, ceiling fan, electric barbecue, and patio chairs.
The Condo comes complete with all linens, bathroom and beach towels, blow dryer, iron and board, and kitchen accessories including dishes, glasses, plastic ware, silverware, pots and pans. There are phones in all three bedrooms and the kitchen has an answering machine.
There is one covered parking space and a locked storage area next to the parking space. The storage area contains beach chairs, umbrella, tennis rackets, rafts, noodles, cooler, sand mats, two bikes, and a beach cart.
The building was completed in 2000 and has a large year round heated pool, hot tub, exercise room with weight machines, eclipse, bike, and tread mill. There are private tennis courts on the grounds, a public golf course across the street, and a private fishing pier. Fish Tale Marina is a few blocks away and offers boat rentals, boat slips, boating supplies, and charter fishing trips. The Santini Plaza is within a few blocks and offers several restaurants, a liquor store and various shops. A large supermarket and drug store are nearby. Access to the best beach in Southwestern Florida is only a few blocks away.
Minimum rental is one month. No smoking is allowed in the common areas of the building or in the Condo. No pets are allowed. Bring your food and your sunscreen-we are supplying everything else you need for a great Florida vacation.
