Photos and Description of the Waikoloa Beach Resort vacation townhome rental Accommodations: Townhome - 3 Bedrooms + Loft - 3 Baths - (Sleeps 8-12)

This town home has three bedrooms, three full baths. Two of the bedrooms are master suites. The king bedroom has a 42 inch flat panel TV, private lanai, walk-in shower, bathtub and double sink vanity. The second junior master suite has a queen bed and private bath with tub/shower. The living room boasts a 50 inch flat panel TV with DVD player and surround sound system. All rooms and the loft have flat panel TV's and DVD players. This property is outfitted with PS2, video games, board games and movies. A completely stocked beach locker with beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, balls, toys, ice chests and beach towels. We also have a playpen, high chair and strollers for your convenience. Just outside the living room slider on the lanai is an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ pit for your enjoyment. Steps away from there you will find the cabana, pool and jacuzzi and a fitness center.

  • The master bedroom has its own private bathroom (tub & separate shower) and your own lanai. This boast a 42' flat panel screen with DVD player. The upstairs junior master bedroom has a queen bed and also has its own private bathroom (tub/shower) with a flat panel TV/DVD player. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and the bathroom is right next to the bedroom (in the hall). There is a open loft upstairs with two (full) futons along with a flat panel with DVD player and PS2 game console/games. Then there is a sofa sleeper for two in the living room. Price quoted is for 8 people Each add'l person up to 12 people is an extra $10 per person, per night.
