Gorgeous brand new custom Santa Fe Style home has great views of the lake from the master suite, kitchen, family room and pool/spa area. It has a huge covered porch and still plenty of room for sunbathing. This home has a chefs kitchen, huge master suite, and outdoor kitchen/BBQ area. It is only 5 minutes to Windsor Beach Boat Launch and many restaurants and shopping. The 13' tall by 65' long RV bay is perfect for the boat or RV. This home has tons of amenities, such as granite counters in kitchen and all baths, 6' X 10' Island in the kitchen, TVs in all bedrooms, garbage disposal, water softener & R/O drinking water. It has been professionally landscaped and decorated. It has extensive use of tile, with carpet in all of the bedrooms. This home is beautiful and exceptionally convenient to all that Lake Havasu has to offer! This home has free national long distance, hi-speed wireless internet and a copy/fax machine too. WOW

Come visit the London Bridge, Lake Havasu and the Colorado RIver. This home is appx. 1 hr to Laughlin, NV and only 2 hours to Las Vegas. Beautiful weather all year long! Summers are hot and perfect for spending the day on the lake and river, and enjoying the nightlife after hours or just lounging by the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Winters are warm with average daytime highs in the 60's and 70's with tons of sun (not much rain and no snow)! Spring and Fall are great with highs in the 80's and 90's and low's in the 60's and 70's.

THIS IS TRULY AN AWESOME PROPERTY! WE HAVE STAYED TWICE AND CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK AGAIN. THE POOL AND HOT TUB ARE FANTASTIC AND THE VIEW OF THE LAKE DAY AND NIGHT ARE SPECTACULAR. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE.
