Located directly on the beach, ground floor unit with the beach right outside of your sliding glass doors. Enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your private patio and the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green water. The unit has a completely stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. The living room and bedroom have a television and DVD/VCR players. The bedroom has a queen bed with a 1/2 bath. The living room has a queen and a twin sofa sleeper. A full bath is located in the hall. There is a pool with lounge chairs and tables. A private BBQ pit is also provided on our patio as well as beach umbrella chair service included. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, night life, water parks close by. Fishing is available by charter, fishing pier and on the beach. A outlet mall is just a short drive away. The family made the trip to this condo in August of 2008 and had a great time. Even with the prospect of Tropical Storm Fay making landfall around us when we first arrived, the weather stayed perfect for us the entire week. The condo is everything you could ask for. Easy access to the beach, and we all know how great that is with kids. The building itself had a community feel, as we made friends with some of the other occupants through the week.
This is hands down the best value condo on the coast. Everything is so close to your location, but you are far enough away from the tourist stops to have some nice quiet time.
My 2 year old had the time of his life. When he wanted to still play in the water, but was tired of the sand....the pool was a welcome site.
I will definately be calling Stephanie again when we had to the coast for vacation time.

Wonderful vacation home!!

My husband and I were blessed to be able to enjoy this wonderful vacation home right on the beach for a week in August 07. You literally step out the back door onto the beach. It's great!! The home is decorated in fun beach accessories and has everything you'll possibly need except for your bathing suit! It is close to all the nightlife and shopping for some extra fun away from the beach. The owners are very easy to work with and give very detailed information. I would gladly renta again!!

The condo was perfect. Great location, nicely decorated, very clean and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay including beach toys & books for the kids. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.
