Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Rent our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, washer/dryer equipped condominium, Unit H-5, a #1 rated unit at Sanibel Arms West with a top corner view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We have recently completed the construction of a 'Great Room', combining our living room, kitchen and dining areas into one large, bright, cheerful space.

IN JULY WE HAVE A FIVE NIGHT SPECIAL BEGINNING JULY 15 AND THE WEEK BEGINNING JULY 20 AVAILABLE. WE HAVE TWO SHORT TERM SPECIALS IN AUGUST AND WEEKS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE IN SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER.

Sanibel Arms West offers activities for people of all ages and interests – fishing, boat docks, tennis courts, rental bikes, shuffleboard, a heated, screened-in swimming pool, sundeck, outdoor gas grills, community room (can be used for family gatherings) and free wireless internet. Plus our great private beach to build your sand castles on, go shelling, watch the dolphins, walk, or just sit and relax. All linen is supplied, however please bring your own beach towels.

On-site professional management is available to assist you with any needs.

Enjoy all that the Island has to offer. Visit the Sanibel Historical Village and Museum, Bailey Matthews Shell Museum, J.N. 'Ding' Darling Wildlife Refuge, Sanibel Library, or Lighthouse. Spend a day at one of Sanibel’s “pro” golf courses or an evening at a performance at the Big Arts, or Schoolhouse Theatre, a day on Captiva, or a day cruise on a Captiva Cruise boat to the outer islands, etc. Remember Sanibel Island is a cyclist’s paradise. But when you are ready to rent, think of our condo – a great value for its location, view and a place to make memories that will truly last.

Fun Week!

We took a shelling cruise to Cayo Costa State Park, went kayaking through Tarpon Bay, adventured in Ding Darling Preserve, and visited Captiva. The Condo was well comfortable and stocked with everything we needed.

Sanibel and Captiva are beautiful!

Favorite Adventures

We loved the sunsets at Captiva, swimming in the pool and Gulf, the Ding Darling Nature Preserve, antiquing, fishing and shopping. We loved your Condo and being on the 2nd floor. We hope to revisit in the near future and rebook your Condo. Thanks for sharing your piece of Paradise!

The Shelling Was Great

We found lots of fighting conchs, explored the Island and visited the art shops on Matlacha. Had a wonderful week of rest and relaxation. Enjoyed your Condo so very much!
