We're coming back!

Nice, spacious, clean, well-furnished. Kitchen is pretty well-stocked with cookware and tools, which was great because we didn't want to fight restaurant crowds during SandFest weekend. The cooktop worked even though it had a big crack in it. I think the owner intends to replace that soon, though.
The separate living area downstairs was handy for our kids -- we brought our Nintendo GameCube with us and hooked it up to the TV in there. That kept them busy while the parents enjoyed wine upstairs.
The house is close enough to the beach to walk via a private boardwalk (just not barefoot -- there's a painfully pebbly patch along the way). It's on a short street with a lot of colorful, newly constructed 3-story beach homes. I asked about internet availability, and the owner said wireless service is available at a beachfront burger shack at the end of the block if you're really desperate to check email!
My only beef is that the swimming pool is a community pool, which the description didn't mention. I assumed it would be private and part of this property. Still, our girls loved it.
The owner was easy to work with. The place definitely was pricier than the nearby 3-bedroom condo we rented last year, but SO much nicer. We plan to stay here again, but probably make it a LONGER trip. :)
