Come and enjoy the beautiful, warm, turquoise beaches of Playa del Carmen, just 500 feet away from this new beautiful condo. The calm waves of 'Coco beach, Mamitas beach' and the crystal ocean invites you to swim or just stroll at the beach. If you prefer more activity, just walk south and you will be in famous 'Mamitas beach' and ' Tucan beach' plenty of beach clubs to choose from to enjoy a drink, a meal, to rock in the bed hammocks, or just to sit in the lounge chairs. The condo offers two bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom. Each bedroom with king size bed, good quality mattresses, complete bed linen, private bathroom with marmol counters, large closets, safety box, A/C and ceiling fans. Master bedroom with bathtub. There is an air mattress that can placed in the living room, if you need space for a 5th or 6th person at no extra charge. For siesta time the patio has hook ups for hammocks.
