Newly built Vineyard home, new furniture and TV/stereo equipment, central A/C. Located near new OB library, a short walk to marina, stores, restaurants, beaches, Tabernacle, and ferry. Roomy yet cozy living. Leave the car - walk or ride your bikes (provided) to town. Sunny, bright home has 4 bedrooms, eat-in kitchen and great room combo, additional french doored-family room, rear deck, and outdoor shower. Spacious master suite has king bed, full bath, vaulted ceiling w/ceiling fan, and cable TV. Bedroom 2 has vaulted ceiling and queen bed w/ceiling fan, and shares full bath with Bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. Bedroom 4 has private entrance and full bath. Wall-to-wall berber carpet upstairs, random pine plank flooring downstairs. It will feel like home!
