Our luxurious 2100 sq ft condo is located at the beautiful Vista Cay Resort providing easy access to all of Orlando's many attractions. If you are coming to Orlando for a convention, forget the car rental and hassles of parking. Literally walk or take the shuttle to the convention center. Vista Cay is one block from International Drive (with its many shopping and dining opportunities), 1 block from the award winning Shingle Creek Golf Course, 15 min. (10 miles) to Disney World, 5 min. (2.5 miles) to Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure, 5 min. (1 mile) to Sea World, min. (10 miles) to the Orlando Airport (MCO) 15 min. (10 miles) to downtown Orlando, and 1 hour to Daytona, Busch Gardens, Florida's famed beaches, the Kennedy Space Center and the Port Canaveral cruise dock. Our condo is located just a short walk to the multi-million dollar clubhouse and pool.

    Reservation Deposit: A 20%deposit is required at the time of reservation and the balance is required 30 days prior to the arrival date. The reservation deposit will be applied towards the total balance due. Payment by credit card, check or money order is acceptable. In the event of cancellation, the rental fee (minus reservation deposit) is refundable if written notice is received (by mail, e-mail or fax) 30 or more days before scheduled arrival date for guests that choose to pay the full sum in advance.

property well located, cleaned and well maintain. Great kitchen for a good breakfast or go to IHOP for a $60 breakfast.

Our time in Orlando was made even more enjoyable knowing we would unwind and relax in this absolutely beautifully decorated condo! The pictures don't do it justice.

Wir waren total begeistert. Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen. Super Grundriss, super Ausstattung alles sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett.
