Enjoy the sun and the ocean breezes as you relax on the patio near the heated pool overlooking the ocean in this ground floor end unit. This southern exposure, 2 Bedroom, 2 bath, 1150 square foot unit has been recently remodeled including all new carpeting. The personal touches coupled with the modern décor will give you that cozy at home feeling.

This four story condo is located 2 miles south of the Cocoa Beach Pier, on meticulously maintained grounds. Watch launches from the beach as the Kennedy Space Center is located only minutes away. Less than one hour from the Orlando area and all major attractions. Close to major cruise lines, including Disney.

WOW what a great place

it was a great place the condo was clean and had everything we needed we would go back again,,, the people that own the condo were great... again WOW..

Everything we needed was close by including restrants and grocery stores....

Excellent location, wonderful unit

Our family of 4 just stayed in July and thoroughly enjoyed the Spanish Main location and this 1st floor unit. Can't say enough about 1st floor convenience. We were consistently able to park at the front door. You are literally just steps to the beach! Nice unit with everything you need. LOVED having the FULL SIZE washer and dryer. What a bonus! Unit was exactly as described. The Spanish Main is close to several restaurants, the CB golf course and a small surf shop with great board rental rates. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Dear Jim And Sue
This condo is the GREATEST the BEST its RELAXING clean well kept everything you need right at your finger tips. No need to pack alot if you have kids or not there are games if its raining, everything you need for the beach or pool. Jim and Sue have all you need and you feel like you are family. Thank You hope to come back again with my two grandsons.

Very Nice Vacation Home

This condo at Spanish Main is very comfortable, clean, furnished with everything we needed for a fun beach trip! plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, buggy boards. The unit itself is very well taken care of, and the property is also very well maintained. We loved the location of Spanish Main, walking distance to CoCo Nuts! The beach is clean, not crowded with partyers, several sea turtle nests near by.
Jim, the owner, treated us like friends! We even decided to stay an extra nite! We do like to have an ocean front condo on our too few vacations, but the price value for this condo is well worth it, just steps to the sand! thanks Jim & Sue, we will be back!

Dear Jim and Sue, I wanted to let you know Doug and I had the BEST vacation at your condo last week. It had everything and more that we needed and both of us never wanted to leave. The location of your condo was the best in the units, having the pool right outside our door and the beach path just steps from your unit.
