This southern exposure, 2 Bedroom, 2 bath, 1150 square foot unit has been recently remodeled including all new carpeting. The personal touches coupled with the modern décor will give you that cozy at home feeling. This four story condo is located 2 miles south of the Cocoa Beach Pier, on meticulously maintained grounds. Watch launches from the beach as the Kennedy Space Center is located only minutes away. Less than one hour from the Orlando area and all major attractions. Close to major cruise lines, including Disney.

it was a great place the condo was clean and had everything we needed we would go back again,,, the people that own the condo were great... again WOW..

Everything we needed was close by including restrants and grocery stores....

Best Vacation Ever

We were not sure of what to expect renting over the internet, but this home was more than we could have ever expected. All that was needed was our clothing, everything else from toys to towels to cooking and cleaning supplies are provided. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Close to beach and being on the ground floor was great! We will be coming back every year only longer. Jim and Sue were wonderful to work with you could not ask for anything better!! This is the only vacation that I did not want to come home. The grounds are very clean and well taken care of and residents are friendly and talkative. I cannot say enough about this condo and the great location and cleanliness. I just hope we can stay longer next year. Thanks again Jim and Sue for opening your home to us, we will definitely recommend it to anyone who asks and tell more.

Great condo!!! Perfect location!!!

We flew south with our grandaughter to Disney and the ocean/beach for her very first vacation. (She's 4) We were very impressed with the accomodations. The ground level condo was great with a child and only 20ft. to the pool. It had everything and more that was mentioned on the website from beach toys/chairs to plenty of towels, sheets & kitchen items. The condo was super clean too with comfortable furniture & beds and great water pressure in the showers. It is close to everything and the beach is kid friendly. The owners made it very easy to check in and locate with their detailed directions. They are very friendly and concerned that everyone visiting has a great experience in their home. The only negative items would be the window vertical blinds were slightly damaged and could be replaced. Also it was hard to get a parking spot near our condo most of the time so carrying groceries and other stuff was difficult. Other than that we felt this condo was a super place to bring our grandaughter for her first experience and would definitely rent here again in the future!!!!
