Treetops is a unique and magical property perfect for groups of friends, colleagues or family. Treetops retains its original character, including a large central Great Room with beamed cathedral ceiling, working fireplace, and wrap-around interior balcony. Off of the Great Room is a 40’ long enclosed porch with views of the harbor. Each bedroom is unique, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The top floor has a sitting room with great views of the harbor, a deck with more fabulous views, and a sleeping loft and 1/2 bath. Treetops occupies the top two floors of a small condo association and has many loyal renters, some for over 15 years. Come see why!
Bedrooms and Dining: There are four bedrooms; three with queen beds and one with double, and a library with sofa bed. The second floor has much to offer as well: the front loft sitting room, a perfect place to drink your coffee as you watch the sun rise over the harbor; beyond that a large deck with some of the best harbor and town views around; and the much-coveted queen bed in the sleeping loft with views of conservation land.
Residents have a choice of two dining locations; either in the Great Room or on the enclosed front porch. Both have tables that seat 8 easily. The large, fully-appointed kitchen invites several cooks to stir the broth, and is complete with a sitting area, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, food processor, coffee grinder and maker, and full dishware and cookware.
Other Amenities: The garden includes a fabulous outside shower for post beach rinse-off and adjacent laundry facilities. The property comes complete with stereo and CD player which can accommodate MP3 players, flat screen HD TV with VHS and DVD, video library, lots of books and games and free WiFi.
Garden and Surroundings: The front of the property looks out over the town and harbor and the rear garden is surrounded by wooded conservation land and includes a beautiful private garden with grape pergola, garden furniture and large gas grille. There is parking for two cars. Access to the harbor beach is directly down the driveway and across Commercial Street - 1 minute walk.
