Welcome to Seabreeze Casa! This beautiful two bedroom ocean view home is located ten minutes from Playa Dominical, a world class eco-tourism and surfing destination. Dominical is also the gateway to the Osa Peninsula, one of the most bio-diverse locations on the planet. Seabreeze Casa is built on two levels with 2600 sq. ft. of living space. Both levels have white water ocean views, kitchens, laundry facilities, private entrances, and a total of 4 full baths. Granite counters, Italian tiles, slate from Brazil, A/C in the bedrooms, and elegant furnishings make this a very comfortable place to enjoy your vacation. The home can accommodate a maximum of 12 with 1 king, 1 queen and 4 double futon beds. Cool off in the 15 meter infinity edge pool with jacuzzi bench and children's play area. For the nature enthusiast, Seabreeze Casa has access to an adjoining 90 acre nature reserve with abundant wildlife and miles of trails through the rain forest.

Dominical is the closest town to Seabreeze Casa and has some of the best surfing and eco-tourism activities in the world. Haciendo Baru is close by. It is a 900 acre National Wildlife Refuge that offers canopy tours, zip lines, bird watching, and nature walks lead by trained naturalist guides. The Nayaca waterfall horseback tour is always popular. To the north 25 miles is Manual Antonio National Park with beautiful beaches and lots of monkeys to watch. Ten miles south is Ballena National Marine Park with miles of beach and great snorkeling. Fishermen will have a choice of excellent river, surf, inshore, or deep sea fishing. Sea kayak tours are a fun way to explore sea caves and view wild life in the mangroves. Without leaving Seabreeze Casa you will be able to meet Lily, the coati mundi, and Leo and Mc Call, two local kinkajous. Toucans and parrots can be seen daily near the house and the adjoining 90 acre nature reserve is teaming with exotic bird, animal, and plant life.

Celebrating our anniversary at Seabreeze Casa

My wife and I just returned from a week in the Dominical area. We rented the Sea Breeze Casa, which was about fifteen minutes away. We wanted to find a place well equipped, with a romantic setting (we were celebrating our 35th anniversary), lots of hiking and wildlife, and great sightseeing. We found it all.

We were so pleased with the house rental, and with Bob and Bea, the owners. The house was about 4 kilometers off the paved highway, very secluded, but was marvelously equipped and every bit as lovely as it was advertised. Bob and Bea's house was about 50 meters away, above and behind, and it was very helpful to have them close. They were hospitable but not intrusive; we wanted lots of time alone and we got it. The house has the most incredible view imaginable; the sunsets alone are worth the trip. The infinity-edged pool and the tree-top level master bedroom made it a wonderful romantic retreat for us.

Bob and Bea had a number of coatis that they were nursing back to health (they love animals), and we enjoyed seeing them up close. Their property (90 acres) is very mountainous, which makes for an awesome view, but also makes hiking very strenuous. Bob and Bea were wonderful to communicate with, do business with, and we feel that though we did not know them before renting this house from them, they are now our friends.
