The 3rd BR features a queen size Murphy bed with dual station office and computer/internet for tenant use. A mirrored built-in wall unit in the great room, volume ceilings, tile throughout, central vacuum, flat screen TVs in two bedrooms, Tommy Bahama furnishings, bright and airy split floor plan with updated furnishings. Enjoy the full service onsite restaurant, miles of walking/bike paths, large lake with bridges, two community pools, fitness center with lap pool, media center, library, billiards, 6 lighted har tru tennis courts, bocce, private community channel that allows you to be as active and involved in the neighborhood as you want to be! Unable to rent on a weekly basis per community rules.
