This brand new Las Conchas beach house has everything you want on vacation with all the comforts of home. The beach is just steps away, directly in front of the home. The ocean views are its best feature and they can be enjoyed from the 2nd or 3rd story decks. It is completely furnished with A/C and all appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, washer/dryer, blender, coffee maker and outdoor BBQ grill. 3 large bedrooms and a pull-out sofa will allow 8 to sleep comfortably and the 4 bathrooms allow plenty of room including a full bathroom in the garage so you can go straight from the beach to the shower! The guard gate and private beach will allow you privacy and security. Bring your laptop if you would like to keep up with work and other details with our free high-speed wireless internet plus enjoy unlimited local and U.S. phone calls. Full satellite TV and DVD with hundreds of channels viewed on our flat screen plasma TV. Just added an electronic safe!
