Our home is in a beautiful Gated Community and offers privacy, along with a heated pool/spa, two waterfalls and screened lanai. Three bedrooms, two baths and a well equipped kitchen offer you the comforts of home. Two bikes are available for your enjoyment to explore the entire 'Lely Resort'. Our home is on the second fairway of 'Mustang Golf Course' in Masters Reserve. Lely Resort has three Championship Golf Courses as well as numerous courses minutes away. Deep sea fishing or watch the boats come in at 'Naples Docks'. The famous '5th Avenue' in Downtown Naples is just 10 to 15 minutes away. There you will enjoy fine dining, shopping, fishing, boating and of course, the beach! Marco Island and Isles of Capri are also minutes away. Our home has many tropical trees, making your stay a surely, 'Tropical Treat'.

We were seeking a property which would allow us to have all the conveniences of location and comfort and "Nancy's Naples" provided this for us. Although we do not play golf, the location is idyllic if you like peace and quiet. We were in need of some serious R&R and to be able to relax by the pool, prepare your own food as and when you like, go for bike rides and having all the home comforts available to you was wonderful. We visited a number of the local beaches but enjoyed Naples Beach & Pier the most. Having travelled all the way from Switzerland, we certainly returned home well rested and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we will be able to return real soon.

What a lovely home - - clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained in and out. Our family enjoyed many hours of relaxation, fun and conversation around the pool. A wonderful place to re-charge and enjoy the Florida sun. An easy drive to beaches and great restaurants. Nancy and Bill - - your home was the perfect setting for a perfect Spring vacation.

The fastest two months ever.
Location - Vacation
Everything is no more than 10 - 15 minutes away.
Tin City, Olde Naples, Naples Zoo, and many Great Restaurants in every direction.
The pool and lanai were awesome for fun, relaxation, and sunsets.
Can't wait to return next year.

We spent two incredible weeks in Nancy and Bill's home. To say this home requires nothing would be an understatement. It is equipped with everything you could imagine. Nancy and Bill have gone beyond expectations in setting this home up to be comfortable and enjoyable to their guests. The pool/lania area is exceptional and the home itself presents an atmosphere that makes you want to do nothing but relax and enjoy each day.
We have rented many homes in Florida and this is definitely at the top of the list for value and quality. Well worth the investment to have your best vacation ever. Book early and relax. Doug and Roxanne Purdy

We spent two wonderful weeks at "Nancy's Naples". The house was homey, clean and very well supplied. The location is ideal and the Lely Resort is lovely. Our favorite spot was the lanai--so peaceful! As well, Nancy and Bill were very helpful when we had questions. We hope to return again soon.
