Recently-built compound, includes a custom-designed home and carriage house in a quiet, 1.5-acre setting, one half mile to beach, community tennis court. Nestled into the gently rolling moors overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in Nantucket's secluded Tom Nevers East, 'Never Moor' is warm, open, airy, bright and welcoming....Quality construction throughout: Beautiful antique oak wide-plank flooring and imported limestone tile; built-in entertainment and china cabinets; custom-designed nautical metalwork; central air conditioning; two master suites, each with private bath and cable TV; two other bedrooms, each open onto private porch; loft with trundle bed; outdoor shower with enclosed dressing area. Across the seashell-paved motor court is 'A Little Moor', a one-bedroom, one-bath 2nd-floor carriage house apartment with ocean views from the combined kitchen/living/dining room. Fully equipped, it also includes cable TV, a sofa bed, washer and dryer, central air conditioning.
