Villa Tuscany Romantic Getaway - Spectacular Ocean Views

My boyfriend and I came to the Carmel Highlands on a fluke and initially stayed at the Highlands Inn for one night. We fell in love with the area and located this little gem on VRBO. Having stayed at many places in many different cities, we could tell from the photos that this place had a nice energy. It is small but feels large because of the high ceilings and spectacular view from the extra long windows. The decor is true to description, and moreover, you feel that the owners really put a lot of love into the process. We ended up staying two weeks and loved every minute of it. Everything is of very nice quality and intelligently laid out and the attached gardens are lovely. The owner is also very nice and easy to work with. She seems honest and caring and that is evident in the upkeep of the property. We had a problem with the wi-fi and she sent over a nice "techie" who had us up and running in no time. Absolutely magical setting here amongst these magnificently tall pine trees and we took daily walks in the neighborhood amongst the mist, quail and stunning ocean views. This place is a keeper.
