Mooring Buoy 163 is the perfect vacation home for large groups and families vacationing on Hilton Head Island, with spacious interiors and awesome outdoor amenities. The kitchen has granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances. While preparing your family meal you can enjoy each other's company with the open floor plan between the kitchen and den. There is a dinette for 4 in the kitchen. The den offers a wall-mounted TV and a leather sofa. **Fireplace is not for guest use.**

There is a formal dining room with seating for 8. The family room is cozy and comfortable with a large wall-mounted TV for your to enjoy. this room looks out over the pool and lagoon.

This spacious Palmetto Dunes home accommodates 12 guests in 4 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms. The master suite is large, with a king-size bed, large master bath with spa tub and shower, large TV, a private sitting room with windows that overlook the pool and lagoon. The first guest room has 2 queen beds and a private bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second guest room has a King bed, private bath with a tub/shower, and TV. The fourth bedroom has four twin beds, a private bath and wall mounted TV.

Palmetto Dunes is an oceanfront resort on Hilton Head Island that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under the William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Centre.

Just a few small bumps in the stay but the property manager was very responsive and remedied things very quickly. Thank you for a great weekend.

False advertising! The photos of this property do not match what we saw when we walked in.

Renter beware!!! House looks like it’s in foreclosure. The house stunk like mildew. The furniture was old, filthy and disgusting. Slider door was broken. All pool furniture was rusted with broken seats. Pool and pool deck were dirty and loaded with leaves, broken pool noodles and old shoes. None of the photos on VRBO represent the actual property. False advertising!!! We took comparison photos and sent to property manager.

Great location with plenty of room.

Property was very large with each of the bedrooms having their own bath. Pool was great and beach access extremely close. The home could use little updating but nothing unacceptable. Living Room carpet needs re-streatched if not replaced. Overall we were very satisfied.
