The top floor is completely open with exposed beams and a great room ideal for family gatherings or entertaining friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything needed to create casual snacks or gourmet feasts. Cable TV, VCR, DVD and stereo provide entertainment. High speed Internet access is available for your computer. 3 large glass sliders open to a 28' deck facing the beach capturing the cool ocean breeze. The deck is perfect for sunning and outdoor dining with comfortable furniture, abundant flowers and gas grill. Downstairs are 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a laundry room. The outdoor shower is perfect when returning from the beach or for simply communing with nature

Great House and great week

We had a wonderful week long experience in a house that virtually has everything you need. It is a beautiful home with gorgeous landscaping in an absolutely perfect location. Just a short walk to the diner and a longer walk to South Beach. We loved the outdoor shower and the second floor deck is great!!! We look forward to renting this house again in the future and highly recommend it.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great location for a perfect Vineyard vacation

We stayed here for a week (July 18 - 25, 2009) and I can't say enough about the property. It is in a great location -- very close to South Beach and a quick ride into Edgartown. The area is great for morning walks and to just enjoy the Katama landscape. The property has a great yard with gorgeous landscaping. The house is very clean and has everything you need to be comfortable. It is a great setup with all the bedrooms on the first floor and your open living room/dining room/kitchen with a 1/2 bath on the top floor. Great deck with a nice grill to enjoy those Vineyard evenings.
The owner is very nice and everything was as promised. I would rent here again without question.
