The Sparrow's Nest will be our second property at the beautiful Oregon Coast in the ever-popular Road's End area of Lincoln City. The home boasts approximately 3800+ Sq. ft. of Luxury...doesn't get much better than this...you can hear the ocean roar and check out the awesome views! With it's 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms you can have the ultimate family reunion or gathering with friends! Will have all quality furnishings throughout and home boasts hand scrapped golden teak floors, frieze carpet, slate, tile, granite, 2 rinnai water heaters, and central A/C just to name a few things!! Lower Level consists of 1 bedroom with 2 full & 4 twin beds, two full baths (one accessible from outside while enjoying the beach!), queen sleeper, laundry room, big screen TV, video library, video console, toy area, & outdoor shower. Finished two car garage with foosball, air hockey, ping pong & two video arcade cabinets tons of games!! Plenty of outdoor parking on paved driveway.

Mid Level consists of Master Suite with full bath and access to hot tub, two additional bedrooms and another full bath. This mid-level has a game room equipped with pool table, poker table, big screen TV and wet bar, not to mention the decks that wrap around the south and west side of the home. The hot tub is on the back deck, north end.

Upper Level consists of Master Suite with full bath and private deck with view. This level also has an additional bedroom and another full bath with laundry room. This upper level has a wonderful dining area not to mention the Spacious great room and kitchen area with decks that wrap around the south and west sides of the home as well. Big but very cozy with big screen TV and fireplace. The kitchen has a pantry and awesome island which seats six.

What a home!! You cannot ask for anything more - the view is simply breathtaking, it is so close to the ocean. the house has been very thoughtfully made and furnished with all possible amenities and very tastefully decorated. has ample space and privacy for at least 5 families. Superb place!!
Very flexible management as well.

This home boasts everything that you could possibly need or want and then some. This is by far the best place that we have ever rented for our annual girls weekend. We will be back, nothing but A+++ here.

This is the most amazing home that we have ever stayed in hands down. We have been vacationing at the Oregon coast for many many years and NO home has ever came close to what this house has to offer!
