  • The master bedroom has one complete wall of windows with a beautiful view of the hills, woods and a pond. One wall of built in , custom closets offers great convenience. There is a beautiful wrought iron queen size bed. The second upstairs bedroom has a beautiful view of the woods on the other side of the house. It has a bunk bed with the top bunk and underneath is a couch that opens up into a full bed. Downstairs offers three more bedrooms which can sleep up to 5. There is a separate entrance to the backyard, a bathroom with a large tiled shower, a hallway lined with bookshelves and a laundry room. All downstairs floors are beautiful Australian maple.

Wonderful bird watching--everything from hummingbirds to rose-breasted grosbeaks. Enjoy watching the beavers play in the pond, go for a hike or canoe around the pond. Drive to a local lake for a picnic or visit some of the area's cultural attractions.

All the amenities of town in the country: Cook dinner in a newly renovated modern kitchen or go out to one of the areas fine restaurants. Watch a movie. Bring your laptop and enjoy high speed access to the Internet. Most cellphones get service. Washer and dryer, all linens, kitchen utensils included. Everything you need to have the perfect Berkshire vacation.

Yes we all had a wonderful weekend, the house was very well equipped and comfortable. The deck is a great bonus when there is so much to see. We all really enjoyed the birds. My brother-in-law was very excited to have seen a bear with two of her cubs on Saturday afternoon along Rt. 20. We were returning from a hike in Tryringham ( mis-spelled I am sure) when he spotted them! Weather was great and everyone got one more hike in on Sunday.

Wonderful house!

We spent "camp changeover weekend" at owner Robin's tree house perched over a beautiful lake. Her house is meticulously clean, comfortable, updated and just lovely. The master bedroom looks out on to the lake and in the morning you can watch the fog roll around on top of it. There is lots of room very large groups and no one gets in each others way, but the house is surpisingly intimate, so you can feel comfortable as a couple. You don't need to bring a thing, just stop at the store first, because it is about a 5 minute drive to downtown Lee where there is everything you might have forgotten. We hope to come again.

Weekend Getaway

I've stayed here on a few different occasions and it's the ideal getaway. It's beautiful and in excellent condition. My husband and I enjoyed a perfect romantic getaway and I've also spent it with our entire family including adults and grown children. The pictures don't do the home justice - It actually looks better in real person! There is a very quaint town nearby with shops and places to eat and drink. I highly recommend the home for any type of getaway and will definatley use it again in the future!

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Very private location, yet close to town. Great wrap around deck allows for outdoor eating, BBQs and relaxing. The house is three levels with the main living area on the main level. Bedrooms are on lower and upper levels - allows for privacy if desired.

Yard, pond and trails allow you explore the nature that surrounds this house.

Enjoyed the house and location - I'd would recommend!
