Your reservation is not confirmed until we provide you with a written confirmation depending on availability after we receive both:
a completed application/agreement (request one via email)
complete payment including a rental rate, a refundable deposit of $500 and 6% tax. Payment can be made via check or Paypal (if reservation is made within 30 days of arrival date). Please email us to request an invoice for the dates requested.
If your reservation is made fewer than 30 days prior to check-in, it must be paid in full plus taxes in addition to the $500 refundable security deposit by using a credit card over PayPal. All other reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to check-in.
Checks are accepted for reservations made prior to 30 days before check in. Returned checks will not be redeposited and incur an inconvenience fee of $50.
We do not provide travel insurance, although it is recommended.
Rental Policy:
This property has certain rental policies, terms and conditions and a violation of any of these will cause the security deposit to be forfeited:

We are only able to rent to those over the age of 25.
This is not a party house! No prom, college or church groups aged under 25 even with adult supervision! No bachelorette parties.
Signed Rental Agreement required.
Add 15% State Hotel Occupancy Tax to above rates.
$500 Refundable Security Deposit required to hold dates and cover for any damage or violation of rental agreement.
Payment in full of the reservation amount is required 30 days before check in.
In the event of cancellation, a refund of the advanced rental deposit will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved.
