Bright, clean, comfortable five bedroom cottage with large boathouse and sundeck on beautiful Skaneateles Lake. The upstairs boasts living/dining area, well equipped eat-in kitchen, dishwasher, lots of seating and TV/DVD. There is also a full bath (tub/shower) and 3 bedrooms (1 bunkbed, 1 trundle, 1 double& 1 twin). The downstairs has a den with TV/DVD and video player, and 2 large bedrooms with a full bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining bath and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both rooms have magnificent views of the lake and sliding doors to a comfortable patio area. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Large parking area for 5 cars and a basketball area. Large 45ft by 22 ft deck on top of the boathouse to sun during the day and enjoy the stars by night. Spend your days canoeing, kayaking and fishing off the boathouse dock or jump into the lake off the diving board and swim to our large floating dock. Located at 3mile pt on the SW side of lake-Ridings Pt.
