  • To Reserve Send a $300 Nonrefundable Down Payment to John Cempellin, 32 Lynde St, Salem. Ma 01970. Once Payment is received, Owner will Email you with Your Confirmation and Itierary. The Remaining Balance is Due in Full 2 Weeks Prior to Check In. Along with a seperate check of $150 which is a Cottage Security Deposit. This $150 Cottage Security Deposit will be returned to you minus any damages when you leave.

    Taking 2010 reservations now with a $300 nonrefundable deposit to reserve.

    Once payment is recieved, Owner will email you with your Confirmation and Itenerary.

Ideal Cottage. Great Location.

We stayed Jul 11 to 18. We had a great vacation. There were many things to do in the area and the Ocean Beach was pristine. The cottage was perfect and better then described. The sun room is really a extra room and very pleasant. There are flowers everywhere and it is a great location with the Woods behind you and a tennis court and heated pool within a 5 Minutes walk. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Everything worked in the cottage. The owner greeted us and was very helpful. We Highly Recommend Renting John Cempellin's Cottages. Also it was a bargain and did rent for $240 less then the price charged thru the rental office.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Fully Recommend: Great Cottage and Resort

We stayed last year and just made a reservation for this year. The cottage is new and very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom matresses are comfortable and the description is accurate.

We liked the location as it was quiet, you can smell the pine trees, it seemed more private then most of the cottages and there is a tennis court and pool just a few minutes from it. It's a ten minutewalk to the Clubhouse or you can drive and park there in a few minutes.

The owner was helpful, he answered our questions and suggested a great seafood restaurent, "The Clam Shack".

We fully recommend these cottages and the resort. We had a great vacation.

BEAUTFUL COTTAGE

We rented this cottage for 1 week from Aug 2 to Aug 9th /2008. I fully recommend it . The cottage is new (2 years old) very clean, spacious ,kitchen is fully equipped. The only thing is that it is situated at the very end of the property at the end of the wood so your need your car to get to the gate (very quiet area) It's about a 20 minute walk to gate . Other than that it is in a great location in the centre of Wells, accessible to the troley , near the beach, restaurants, shopping etc...
FULLY RECOMMEND!
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
