  • £200/$350 security deposit required, balance due immediately to secure the booking. We accept credit card payment however a 3% service charge applies. Paypal possible with prevailing service charge. We accept payment in Sterling and US dollars. Larger deposit required for more than 2 weeks.

We could be described as "beach hoppers"...this was our first trip to St. Pete's Beach. Had a great time. Booking our house was no problem at all and Dusty was super helpful as our St. Pete's Beach contact. We arrived and the house was even prettier than the pictures. Very "beachy" and beautifully decorated. The private pool was so much fun. It's just a small one with lots of beach chairs and lounges with such a tropical feel and total privacy! I was surprised that the house is literally less than a block from the water. There is a cute little bar and grill right there called "The Sloppy Pelican" that was a lot of fun to go to. Outside tables with live music. We also drove to Clearwater Beach and had a great day up there...we met a local couple on the beach who urged us to eat at any of the "Frenchys" restaurants on the beach...delicious! We ate a couple of nights out by our pool...got kabobs at Shaner's fish market right down in Passe Grille to cook at home. We also ate one night at the little Italian restaurant next to Shaner's. Can't think of the name of it. The pizza was excellent! It was just a super relaxing vacation that we would definitely recommend to our friends. Thanks to Dusty, Fiona and Rowan!

A fantastic place to stay!!

I stayed at the house for 2 weeks in September. It was ideally located for access to the beach and local bars. The pool was great for working on the tan and for relaxing in private. The beds were nice and cozy and the layout was ideal for our needs. I would thoroughly recommend this place and look forward to returning next year.

Could not fault this property. Very nicely presented and felt very homely.
Close to everything and two huge inside garages for the cars.
Room for loads of people to sleep in comfort.
Dusty could not do enough to be helpful during our stay and we would all thoroughly recommend this holiday home.
A superb place I would happily recommend to anyone.

This property has to be the best I've ever rented! The cleanest, the most well equipped, close to everything you needed as in fine dining, groceries, the beach. It is more than one would expect.These people went overboard for us! Dusty was awesome, even calling to check up on us to make sure everything was fine or if there was anything we needed. Terrific guy! If I could rate this property myself it would be a 10+ We had the best of both worlds here. The privacy of your own pool or a 3 min. walk to the beach and all the action. Awsome vacation, can't wait to go back!
