Description of the Scarborough Beach vacation house rental
2008/2009 URI Academic Year - Great Rental Duplex in Scarborough Area. The house is made up on a 3 bedroom unit and a 2 bedroom unit. Each side has one bathroom, nicely appointed kitchens and great furnishing. Each room has cable access. The house is heated by natural gas and is insulated. New vinly windows and steel door make this house a great energy saver. There is off street parking for six cars.
The price is negotiable however you must have a parents co-signature on the lease.
2009 Summer Rental Reservations will be available in mid-September. Reserve your week early! Lock in your vacation week now. Rental rates are the same as they were in 2008.

Scarborough Beach has great boogie- and skim-boarding, body surfing, fishing or just relaxing. After the beach drive to one of many clam shacks for some local treats. Just three miles away are batting cages, mini-golf, go-carts, and in-line skating. Visit the Port of Gallalie - it's a real working seaport. Get fish right from the boats. The Scarborough Beach area is relatively flat for good walking, bicycles or jogging. When dinner time roles around there are lots of restaurants around-from fancy to family style. A quick 30 minute drive to historic Newport or a 45 minute drive to Foxwoods Casino, Mohangan Sun Casino or Mystic Village seaport.

- This property is one half of a duplex. The other half is a 2 bedroom available for rent. The decor and condition of the unit is equal to the three bedroom side. Many families rent both side and invite their extended families on vacation. The in-laws can visit you and your family but retreat to the other separate unit at the end of the day. - We ask that at the end of your stay, please leave the house as clean as you received it. If you would like us to arrange for someone else to clean, there will be an additional charge of $75.00.

We personally clean the entire house before each guest arrives. We do not have a cleaning services because we feel that we do a much better job at cleaning. During the month of June, we personally clean the entire house from top to bottom. Nothing is left untouched. You will see our personal touches throughout the house. We will consider small/medimum sized dogs on a case by case basis. Please e-mail me to discuss. An extra $100 will be added to the required security deposit for the dog.
