Cozy home vacation home, easy walk to great beach

We loved staying here. It's about 6 minutes walk from wonderful Scarborough beach. My group had 3 adults (one for each bedroom) and 2 sort of big, quiet, well-trained dogs.
The house, which I had rented sight-unseen, was comfortable, pretty well equipped and absolutely immaculate. The kitchen/living area is open-plan and sunny, The living room furniture and beds were very, very comfortable.
We used the flat-panel TV and DVD player, the gas grill, wireless Internet, and the washer & dryer, all of which worked fine.
The small deck with table/chairs & umbrella was lovely for morning coffee. Each room had a fan, which was plenty to keep us cool.
The bathroom is quite small and the shower is tiny - but did the job. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure.
The small, mostly-fenced back yard was great for playing with the dogs.
There were people staying in the other half of the house, but we couldn't hear them at all.
If you have a car, a supermarket and all kinds of other stores are convenient just up Rt. 108.
I'd stay here again and recommend it to friends.
