THIS IS THE ONE!!! BEAUTIFUL 3BR 2BA WITH HEATED POOL !!!

We loved this house! We had 2 Adults, 2 teenage girls, 2 pre-teen girls, Grandma & Grandpa. The house is very well equipped to handle a large number of people and entertain. The games and game consol, dvd players meant multiple people could be entertained without bothering each other. The house also had a book detailing local stores, restaurants, and rainy day places. It was a great resource. The beach was an easy walk and not nearly as crowded as other places. Plan to use the beach cart. There is a wooden walk way most of the way and the cart is really easy on it.

Only challenge is that you are an easy walk to the boardwalk but at the convention end. It was a bit of a walk for the grandparents and little one but there is a trolly (free some nights) or you can ride the tram car. Still very easy!

I would definitely reccomend for families! So nice to relax, cook and not always be in the middle of the chaos.

My wife and I stayed here with our 2 young boys the week of July 4th. The condition of the condo was identical to the pictures. We appreciated the property being stocked with a high chair, pack n play along with all necessary items in the kitchen and then some. The location is very convenient to both the boardwalk and the beach. Te only small negative is that the condo above has ceramic floors throughout and sound travels through very easily (especially if the occupants stay up late as they did with us).
Regardless, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend others.

The home is beautifully decorated and equipped. We had plenty of room for our family of 10. We didn't even have to use the pull-out couch or chair. It was convenient to the boardwalk but away from the rides. The very short walk to the beach was great, especially since the beaches are such a long walk on their own to the ocean. The owner was very good about emailing and answering any questions we had prior to our vacation. We were able to walk to closeby restaurants and didn't use our car the entire five days. We would all definietly recommend this wonderful place.
