Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

Our beautifully renovated fifth floor condo boasts one of the best views in the building! From the lanai you overlook Siesta Key’s Intercoastal Waterway as well as Harbor Towers’ deep-water marina, 2 sparkling pools and 3 well-maintained, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts.

This spacious one bedroom, one bath unit has been completely renovated, including kitchen (all new appliances), bathroom and furniture. The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa. Our closets are stocked with everything you will need to enjoy a day at the beach. Within the building there is a fully equipped exercise room and sauna, as well as laundry on every floor. Outside, on the patio overlooking the 2 pools, are 4 gas grills for BBQing. There is a social room with a wide screen TV where movies are played every Friday night. The marina can accommodate boats up to 40 feet in length and is also the perfect location for fishing. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the gated

building can only be entered with key and has 24-hour

security.

Siesta Key is known worldwide for its beautiful, white, quartz sand beaches, perfect for a morning walk, relaxing day, or evening sunset. On Siesta Key. You can find restaurants, shops and live music. In close proximity are golf courses, theater, opera houses, art galleries and museums. There is truly something for everyone to make the most of their vacation!

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation in Siesta Key! The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. It looked just like the photos on the internet. Don and Dorothy are very personable, lovable people that are a pleasure to talk to. They were helpful in every way. Siesta Key Beach is close enough to walk to. We even walked to the village several times. You can shop, eat, and enjoy the entertainment without ever leaving the island. We will be back and recommend this unit to anyone who would like to visit Siesta Key.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway
