MASTER BEDROOM, with King-sized bed, has an amazing view of the ocean, Molokini, Kihei and Wailea, sunrise view over Haleakala--please view the photos! Heirloom-style bedspread, 2 side tables with drawers, 2 small wall lamps, alarm clock radio, ceiling fan with light, mirrored by-pass doors on closet - lots of hangers & storage; bamboo hardwood floors. There are Shoji sliding privacy doors that separate the Master from the living room. There is an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet, sink and storage cabinet. SECOND BEDROOM has double bed, 1 side tables with drawers, 6-drawer dresser with 20' TV and VHS player. Alarm clock, ceiling fan with light, mirrored by-pass doors on closet - lots of hangers and storage. Carpeted floor. Floor fan stored in closet. Upholstered chair and foot rest. The view is across the exterior hallway of the complex, through some palms and trees, to the mountains in the distance. Adjacent bathroom with tub/shower combo, toilet, sink, and storage.
Views and breezes:
This is an absolutely stunning oceanfront view of Kahoolawe, Molokini, and Haleakala. Two pair of binoculars provided. The lanai has a round table (using the sun umbrella is optional - please lower it when not present) with 4 upholstered style deck chairs, and there are two extra deck chairs, and one lounge chair, stored on the deck. Back bedroom and kitchen window look out over the exterior building hallway, over palms, trees, and onto the Maui Mountains. Although this unit does not have an air conditioner, the cross currents of air work so well, that you don't really need it. Due to the tradewinds, when you have the sliding doors to the lanai open as well as the louvers in the kitchen, the air circulates so well through the unit that there is lovely fresh air carried through almost all of the time. Please close the kitchen window at least half-way when going out. Please raise the kitchen blind when the kitchen louvers are fully open, as the tradewinds can be quite strong.
