Two bedroom luxury townhouse situated on beautiful mountainside with stunning views of the Benidorm coastline. 2 outdoor communal pools to choose from set in lovely gardens. Property includes: fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances downstairs cloakroom, lounge with doors to garden, television with dvd and video, stereo music system,2 bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, balconies and mobile air conditioning units (hot & cold) and fitted wardrobes. Roof top terrace with stunning views to the coastline and mountains. Wooden garden furniture and patio furniture on the roof terrace. House is on a new urbanisation which was built in 2003. Fully furnished to a high standard including leather suites in the lounge, 1 of which converts into a double bed. Airport pick-ups and starter hamper packs can be arranged at extra cost and also car hire at competitive rates. Situated on a quiet urbanization near to the village of Finestrat. Built on a mountain overlooking the coastline. Only one mile from 'Terra Metica' theme park (ideal for children and adults!) 2 brand new golf courses open now. There is a carrefour shopping hypermarket nearby and also a new shopping centre. There are plenty of award winning beaches within a 10 minute drive. There is a bus service to and from Benidorm and taxi's are available at very reasonable rates. With an ideal climate and plenty of things to do all year round this makes a great holiday destination for everybody.

just got back from our stay in this house, what a fab place it is , everything you could wish for, the house is well equipped although the satelitte tv didnt work so was very dissapointed about that, the pool was lovely and very quiet sometimes there was only my 7 year old daughter in it, the weather couldnt have been better , need a car tho because it is not really within walking distance of any shops or restaurants, went into benidorm and cala finestrat to eat, the beach at cal finestrat is a lot quieter and a lot easier to get parked, would love to come back and was considering in the beginning of july but it is fully booked, never mind we will return soon.

Thank you for a great stay in your lovely holiday home. It had all the facilities you could need, situated just far enough from the centre of Benidorm, in a lovely area with fantastic views.
Days/Nights out and about
La Cala - spent a great afternoon in Molly Malones.
Benidorm Palace - fantastic
Campello - La fonda great resturant with friendly spanish atmosphere.
Finestrat - Market every other sunday.
Calpe - Nice but be wary of the restuarant you choose !!

Dad had great 70th birthday !!

Had a ball! The villla is beautiful! Tastefully furnished and fully equipped with all mod cons including a safe, which gives you one less thing to worry about, all this and warm freindly, helpfull welcome from Jayne and John.
Perfectly situated, close enough for all Benidorm has to offer but far enough away to relax comfortably without all the hustle and bustle! La Cala beach, 5 mins away has a delightful beach and great places to eat with 'Calafin' restaurant coming out best for Tapas and 'The Old Ship' for a quality breakfast!

I would highly recommend to anybody!

We WILL be booking for next year very soon as it was 'The perfect holiday location'!

thanks for a great holiday in your beautiful holiday home.it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.a real home from home ! we did so much in the time we had : terra metica,terra natura,aqualandia,guadalest(beautiful),benidorm palace and spent time on the lovely sandy beaches of benidorm and beyond. we shall be telling our friends back home all about it, and we hope to return again sometime in the near future.

Mr and Mrs Pearce (Cornwall) - thank you for a wonderful holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The children loved the beautiful pool and the house was so well equipped and tastefully furnished. We will definitely be booking again.

lovely location and a great place to stay. the house is great with every mod-con you could hope for. the location is close enough to benidorm for a night out,but just far enough away to be peaceful and tranquil. plenty to do in the locality and on past experience and trips made this holiday i would reccomend the following:
1. vilajoyosa(n332 direction alicante) great market on thursdays
2. 'calpe' some of the best seafood restaurants on the coast. great beaches too.
3. playa levante beach benidorm .
4. guadalest...breathtaking.
