- The main section of the house is contained on the south side of the courtyard and is composed of three bedrooms, two full baths and the living room (including a 36inch TV, cable and DVD player), dining room, kitchen, bar area and access to the second floor observatory. The master bedroom has a queen bed, its own private bath, another TV (with cable) and sliding glass doors facing the ocean which step out onto the sun deck. Bedroom two has a queen bed. Bedroom three has bunk beds. The north side of the house is a stand alone unit which contains bedrooms four and five. Bedroom four is very large (12' x 24') and contains two queen beds and another TV (with cable). Bedroom Five is a very small bedroom with a single/twin bed. There is another full bath, along with a washer and dryer, on this side of the house.

The house is approximately two miles from the new Four Seasons Golf and Spa Resort, Casino and Marina. The golf course is a Greg Norman designed course. The Casino just opened. A brand new grocery store nearby stocks all the items you will need for a vacation, but you will certainly want to eat out and some of the new restaurants.
