College Students: This home is conveniently located to Routes 1 and 1A and is only 5 miles from campus. Plenty of off-street parking, completely furnished (you'll just need your bed linens and towels!). This year our tenants had to take stuff back home because we already had it all. Rent is just $475.00/per bedroom based on 4 people(reduced from $500.00pp )and includes: water, weekly rubbish removal and local telephone service. The house is completely wireless and is bright and sunny therefore very economical to heat (as of the beginning of March cost to tenants is under $100.00 per person - since Sept. 2009!) As incentive we will even pay your basic cable service for the first semeste, call for details.

Near by: golf courses, tennis courts, ball fields, mini-golf, batting cages, go-carts, bowling, movies, fishing, dive charters, scenic boat rides, fine & casual dining. Ferry Service to the islands. Foxwoods & Mohegan Sun Casinos are about 45 minutes away. Amtrak service is located in S. Kingstown, about 10 minutes away. The city of Providence is a short 30 minute drive.

We loved the house. It is very clean. Everything you need is there. We opted to pay the extra for linens so we would not need to bring them with us. This house is located close enough to everything but far enough away that you did not have the beach traffic at your front door. I would most definitely rent this home again. We had 7 people most nights and everyone was comfortable.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
