Photos and Description of the Narragansett vacation house rental 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, sleeps 8-10,central a/c, 275 Old Boston Neck Rd

Large, bright & cheery home located within walking distance to the pristine Narrow River. Home is less than 2 miles to Town Beach (just a short bike ride away). Two large bedrooms have queen size beds, two other bedrooms have full size beds (all mattress/box springs are brand new), there also is a full size futon. All appliances in kitchen, large family room, dining room with sliders to deck w/ gas grill & patio furniture. There is a second larger sized patio set w/ umbrella on the lawn area. You will find this home to be immaculate, roomy and very comfortable. Plenty of off-street parking. Note: Rental Includes 4 Adult Town Beach Passes and many extras that you won't find with other rental properties such as: 4 adult sized bikes (all in working order!) beach chairs, beach towels, beach blanket beach umbrellas, cooler, sand toys, cart for hauling all this to the beach, board games, vhs movies and more!!

Near by: golf courses, tennis courts, ball fields, mini-golf, batting cages, go-carts, bowling, movies, fishing, dive charters, scenic boat rides, fine & casual dining. Ferry Service to the islands. Foxwoods & Mohegan Sun Casinos are about 45 minutes away. Amtrak service is located in S. Kingstown, about 10 minutes away. The city of Providence is a short 30 minute drive.

We loved the house. It is very clean. Everything you need is there. We opted to pay the extra for linens so we would not need to bring them with us. This house is located close enough to everything but far enough away that you did not have the beach traffic at your front door. I would most definitely rent this home again. We had 7 people most nights and everyone was comfortable.
